MyJob Agent is an AI-powered job search assistant designed to help users track job applications, tailor their CVs, and generate cover letters. The Service operates in conjunction with third-party job boards and uses advanced language models to assist with your job search workflow.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. While using the Service, you agree not to:
The Service utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs) to generate content such as tailored CVs and cover letters. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of any AI-generated content before using it for your job applications.The Company makes no guarantees regarding the success of your job applications resulting from the use of the Service.
MyJob Agent interacts with third-party platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed) to facilitate your job search. Your use of these platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. The Company is not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms, including API changes, account restrictions, or platform outages.
Auto-Apply (Autofill) Authorization: When you enable the Auto-Apply feature, you authorize MyJob Agent to assist in populating job application forms on your behalf using the information you provide. You are solely responsible for reviewing the populated data and submitting the final application. The Company assumes no liability for incorrect form population, missed deadlines, or rejections.
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, are owned by Letsmes and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the personal data and documents (e.g., your CVs) that you upload to the Service.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Letsmes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or employment opportunities resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
